Bio

Blake Daney, MD, graduated from West Virginia University School of Medicine.

He completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at the Cleveland Clinic Akron General Medical Center and his fellowship in orthopedic sports medicine at The Steadman Clinic in Vail, Colorado.

Dr. Daney moved to Dayton with his spouse, Lauren, a pharmacist who trained at the University of Cincinnati. Both natives of the Toledo area and Miami University alumni, they are excited to move back to Ohio and raise their children closer to family and friends. The Daneys are looking forward to being a part of the Dayton community and contributing their skills and talents to the region. Outside of work and family, Dr. Daney is an avid fly fisherman and outdoorsman who enjoys skiing, camping, hiking, weightlifting, and traveling.

• Complex orthopedic sports medicine and arthroscopy
• Advanced arthroscopic and reconstructive surgical techniques for the treatment of complex disorders of the knee, shoulder, elbow, hip, and all sports-related injuries.
